This page provides basic notices for the CWADM website, public archive materials, correspondence, email collection, and use of creative materials associated with Conversations With a Dead Man.
CWADM is a work of fiction and a developing entertainment/storytelling project. The primary creative pathway is narrative and creative writing, but public materials may also include visual development, audio, video, archive-style pages, dispatches, newsletters, excerpts, concept imagery, and other media.
Fiction Disclosure
Fiction and Character Views
CWADM is a work of fiction. Names, characters, places, institutions, events, political structures, customs, dialogue, and incidents are either products of the author’s imagination or are used fictitiously.
Views expressed by characters, institutions, factions, houses, narrators, records, or fictional documents within CWADM do not necessarily reflect the views of the author, publisher, associated companies, contributors, partners, or any real person or organization connected with the project.
CWADM may depict violence, moral conflict, prejudice, cruelty, coercion, grief, trauma, political manipulation, family rupture, religious or philosophical disagreement, and other difficult material as part of its fictional world. Depiction does not equal endorsement.
Reader discretion is encouraged. Content notes are provided separately where appropriate.
Fiction and Entertainment Notice
CWADM is provided for entertainment, storytelling, commentary, artistic, and informational purposes related to the fictional world of Conversations With a Dead Man.
Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, actual organizations, events, places, or institutions is coincidental unless clearly identified as reference, commentary, inspiration, or public-domain/historical material.
Nothing on this site should be treated as professional advice, operational instruction, technical guidance, safety training, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, veterinary advice, food-safety instruction, weapons instruction, agricultural instruction, or emergency guidance.
Copyright, Trademarks, and Creative Materials
Unless otherwise noted, the text, images, designs, worldbuilding materials, names, places, characters, marks, archive entries, dispatches, visual assets, and related creative materials on this site are owned by or controlled by the CWADM project and/or its authorized rights holder.
Conversations With a Dead Man, CWADM, Horizon Hall, related names, marks, phrases, places, characters, institutional concepts, and visual identities may be protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, unfair competition, and other applicable rights.
No ownership rights are transferred by viewing, downloading, sharing, linking to, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing this site.
Permitted Personal Use
You may view the public site, share links to public pages, and quote short excerpts for ordinary commentary, criticism, review, social discussion, or personal recommendation, provided that you do not misrepresent the source, imply endorsement, remove attribution where applicable, or use the materials in a misleading or harmful way.
Unauthorized Use
Except where expressly permitted in writing, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, license, redistribute, scrape, compile, mass-download, modify, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, train models on, include in datasets, or use CWADM materials as source assets for another creative, commercial, or machine-learning project.
This includes public text, archive entries, character descriptions, visual assets, concept art, marks, logos, sigils, generated imagery, design systems, worldbuilding structures, and unpublished or restricted materials.

AI-Assisted Materials
CWADM uses AI-assisted tooling as part of an iterative creative and production workflow. AI-assisted material may appear in public-facing site materials, visual exploration, concept imagery, formatting, technical implementation, and production support.
The story, canon decisions, worldbuilding structure, final editorial judgment, publication choices, and reader-facing direction remain 100% human-directed. AI-assisted material is reviewed, revised, rejected, curated, and integrated only when it serves the creator’s final intent.
Some public imagery should be understood as atmospheric development art, concept visualization, or archive-style presentation rather than final canonical illustration unless expressly described otherwise.
User Submissions, Feedback, and Correspondence
If you send comments, questions, ideas, notes, feedback, suggestions, corrections, artwork concepts, marketing thoughts, or other materials by email, form, social message, or other channel, you are responsible for what you send.
Do not send confidential information, proprietary ideas, unpublished creative work, or business-sensitive material unless a written agreement is in place.
By sending non-confidential feedback or suggestions, you allow the CWADM project to read, store, respond to, reference internally, and use the substance of that feedback to improve the project, website, marketing, archive structure, audience experience, or related materials without compensation, credit, ownership transfer, or obligation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Marketing Offers, Access, and Promotional Exchanges
From time to time, CWADM may offer dispatches, previews, archive access, updates, early notices, downloadable materials, invitations, audience opportunities, or other benefits in exchange for joining a list, submitting an email address, responding to a prompt, preordering, purchasing, sharing interest, or participating in a public-facing campaign.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these offers are not permanent entitlements, employment relationships, ownership interests, royalties, licenses, partnership rights, or guaranteed benefits. Access, availability, timing, format, eligibility, and scope may change as the project develops.
Any paid product, preorder, membership, limited access program, restricted archive, event, audience group, or promotional offer may be subject to additional terms at the time it is offered.
Email Collection and Personal Data
If you join the Hall Register, submit a form, contact the public desk, or otherwise communicate with CWADM, we may collect information such as your email address, the page or form you used, your selected interest path, your inquiry type, your message content, and basic technical information such as server logs.
This information may be used to send CWADM-related updates, dispatches, previews, release notices, marketing communications, inquiry responses, administrative notices, accessibility responses, and project-related communications.
CWADM does not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Service Providers, Preferences, and Analytics
Information may be handled by service providers used for website hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, form processing, data storage, or ordinary business operations. These providers are used to operate the site and communications, not to sell your information.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails when an unsubscribe mechanism is provided. You may also contact info@republicofcompany.com to request help with email preferences or removal from public-facing marketing communications.
This site may use basic server logs, form records, performance tools, analytics, search-console tools, anti-spam measures, email delivery tools, and related operational systems to understand site performance, protect the site, diagnose errors, measure audience interest, improve public materials, and support project development.
The site may change its analytics, email, hosting, or measurement tools over time. If more formal accounts, paid access, advertising pixels, cookies, memberships, commerce, or restricted-access systems are introduced, additional notices or terms may be added.
Children and Young Audiences
CWADM is not positioned as children’s fiction or young-reader material, even when children appear as important characters.
The work may include adult themes, romance, violence, political danger, family separation, coercion, trauma, animal death, weapons, and institutional consequence. Children and younger audiences should not use the site or join mailing lists without appropriate parent or guardian involvement.
No Instructional or Safety Reliance
References to weapons, firearms, explosives, dangerous materials, animal husbandry, food production, butchery, curing, preservation, hunting, livestock dispatching, tactics, intelligence, security, medicine, law, finance, or other specialized topics are fictional, atmospheric, historical, conceptual, or narrative in nature.
They are not instructions, recommendations, procedures, safety guidance, training, or authorization to attempt anything in the real world.
You are responsible for your own actions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CWADM and its owners, creators, operators, contractors, affiliates, and service providers disclaim liability for reliance on site materials, creative materials, fictional depictions, public notes, visual assets, or related communications.

This site may link to third-party websites, platforms, tools, articles, stores, media, or services. CWADM does not control third-party sites and is not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices, availability, policies, or conduct.
This notice may be updated as the project develops, the website expands, new products or access systems are added, or legal, operational, or marketing needs change.
